1. Booking Policies
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Joyfactorypoint.bond and partner hotels. Rates are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise. A deposit or full prepayment may be required depending on package terms.
2. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation windows vary by property and season. Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival may qualify for partial or full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur full stay charges.
3. Travel Package Terms
Travel packages may include third-party providers, activities, and transport. Itinerary changes due to weather, safety, or supplier constraints may occur. Equivalent alternatives will be offered when possible.
4. Liability
Joyfactorypoint.bond acts as a travel curator and booking facilitator. We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure, flight disruptions, personal injury, weather conditions, or third-party service failure beyond our direct control.
5. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate information, maintain valid travel documentation, and follow local laws and property rules. Damages caused by guests may be charged directly to the responsible party.
6. Payment and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to verify cardholder identity and reject suspicious transactions. Chargebacks without prior dispute resolution may result in account restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Joyfactorypoint.bond or licensed partners and may not be copied without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any dispute shall be subject to competent courts in Helsinki, Finland.
